Examples of unsafe and hazardous environments include walkways with:\u00a0Overgrown trees blocking the path,\u00a0Overhead lights or lamps that do not work,\u00a0Grass or weeds coming up through the pathway that cause unevenness,\u00a0Potholes, cracks or gaps<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slippery walkways-<\/strong>Walkways which become slippery due to rain or other substances pose a risk of injury by slipping. Examples include:\u00a0Rain,\u00a0Sprinklers,\u00a0Food,\u00a0Beverage,\u00a0Pens or pencils,\u00a0Balls,\u00a0Fallen or scattered fruit, flowers, seeds from nearby trees, plants or bushes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obstructed walkways-<\/strong>Walkways which are obstructed pose a risk of injury by tripping.
